DAY 01 – ARRIVE COCHIN

• Arrive in Cochin airport/RLY station and transfer to hotel. Check in and relax. Afternoon visit the Mattancherry Dutch Palace – (closed on Fridays and public holidays), which was built by the Portuguese in 1555 and renovated by the Dutch in 1663. Visit a  Jewish Synagogue-(closed on all Saturdays and Jewish holidays) in Jew Town. Proceed to Fort Cochin Area. There are a couple of streets of picture-postcard houses out of another age. Visit St. Francis Church – (closed for visitors on Sundays from 08.00 to 11.00 hrs.) the oldest European Church in India. It has several antiquities including a wealth of records. See the Chinese Fishing Nets, along the tip of Fort Cochin unique to this part of Kerala and living symbols of a centuries-old Chinese influence
  on this coast.
  Stay overnight at hotel.

DAY 02 –COCHIN – MUNNAR (135KMS/APPX 4HRS)

• After breakfast checkout and transfer to Munnar. Munnar is a picturesque hill station situated in the eastern part of Kerala; lush green-carpeted tea and coffee plantations surround it. The beautiful landscapes, cosy weather, and the smell of tealeaves make Munnar one of the most sought-after destinations in South India. Munnar is situated near the Anaimudi Peak, the highest peak in the Western Ghats. On the way – stop at Cheeyappara waterfalls.

DAY 03 – IN MUNNAR

• Today morning after breakfast visit Eravikulam national Park famous for Nilghiri Mountain goats, Tea museum explains about the processing of tea. Mattuppetty dam which has an artificial lake built by a small Hydro-electric project. Echo Point is known for the natural echo affect it produces.
• Stay overnight at the hotel.

DAY 04 –MUNNAR – THEKKADY (110KMS/3.5 HRS)

• Today after breakfast depart for Periyar by road. Arrive Periyar and transfer to hotel. The town also houses one of world’s most fascinating natural wildlife sanctuaries. A visit to Periyar also provides you the opportunity to see wildlife at close ranges, besides the varied vegetation and a wide variety of birds. Lying at an altitude of 700-1900 m above sea level, Periyar has a cool and comfortable climate. Out here, you can also go for treks and mountain walks or visit spice plantation or enjoy boat ride at Lake Periyar, Kathakali, Kalarippayattu show etc…
• Stay overnight at the hotel. 

DAY 05 –  THEKKADY – ALLEPPEY (160KMS/4HRS)

• After breakfast, check out of the hotel. Drive to Alleppey and arrive by the afternoon, Alleppey which is known as Venice of the east for its vast network of narrow canals and big lakes, House boats are olden day’s rice boats which used to transport items like rice and coconuts across Kerala. Check into the Houseboat and have lunch and enjoy rest of the day at leisure cruising in the backwater and narrow canals to see the local life and green fields etc… Cruise till 05.30 pm. Dinner and Stay overnight at the Houseboat. (Check in time 12. Noon/ Check out – 09.00 am)

DAY 06 – DEPART TO COCHIN

• Today after breakfast & short cruise check out of houseboat and proceed for Cochin airport for onward journey.

Daily tour times: Please note that we will stick to the agreed time written above, any changes to the departure times or finishing times must be informed to us the day before departure and we will confirm if these changes are possible.

Your late departure: We suggest you to leave on time everyday so that it won’t affect to the sites to see and other activities afterward, if you leave later than the written time;
(1) you will certainly have a shorter visiting time.
(2) you will have to cut some of the sightseeing places.
(3) you may have to pay extra.

Your change of activities: Should you wish to change the site to visit or other activities, please inform us a day before. Please kindly note that changes can be yes or no, depending on lots of factors. And if yes, extra charges can be applied to changes (extra time, extra activities, different services), e.g tour guide and driver working more than the confirmed hours or we have to use different transfers or different routes.

Late arrival / flight delayed: If your flight is delayed or changed, please PHONE your travel consultant in charge of your booking (mobile phone) as soon as you have this news from the airlines so that we can adjust the pickup as well as other services accordingly.
If you inform us late and we can not change the services for you, you will have to pay for all the extra services such as the extra pick up.

Unused services: There is no refund or exchange that can be made for unused services not utilized by your tour member
or due to your late arrival without proper notice well in advance.

ACCOMMODATION
Check-in time of hotel is normally after 14:00 and check out time before 12:00 pm
Notes: Hotel/cruise can be changed to a similar standard, depending on the availability.

FOOD
If you have any allergies, special requests or if you are on a special diet please let us know well beforehand, we can not cancel / amend the booking within a day.

PRIVATE TRANSFERS:
The private transfer on tours for your own group and not shared with others, but is limited to predetermined routes and adhering to specified time slots as agreed upon in the itinerary. This means that although you will have a private transfer, you won’t have the freedom to deviate from the planned
routes or make unscheduled stops. Instead, you will need to follow the designated itinerary and adhere to the agreed-upon schedule, otherwise surcharge will be applied.

Airport transfer time:
Due to the traffic situation, we will need 2.5 hours for domestic flight and 3.5 hours for the
international one.

WHAT TO BRING
Passport, sun block, sunglasses & hat, insect repellent, small VND notes for buying drinks. Please note that you are responsible for your personal belongings, we are not responsible for any loss or damage happening during the tour with us.

The date of cancellation will be the date we have your final notification.
– If you cancel our contract any time to 30 days prior to your departure: No charge
– If you cancel our contract 30 to 16 days prior to your departure: you will have to pay 50% of total tour cost
– If you cancel our contract 15 to 0 (zero) days prior to your departure: you will have to pay 100% of total tour cost

FOR GIT GROUP

The date of cancellation will be the date we have your final notification.
– If you cancel our contract any time to 45 days prior to your departure: No charge
– If you cancel our contract 44 to 30 days prior to your departure: you will have to pay 50% of total tour cost
– If you cancel our contract 29 to 0 (zero) days prior to your departure: you will have to pay
100% of total tour cost

CHILDREN POLICY 

– Child under 3 (sharing the same bed with parent): Free of charge
– Child from 3-5 years old: 50% price of adult in case sharing the same bed with parent and 75% price of adult in case using an extra bed
– Child from 6-10 years old: 75% price of adult in case sharing the same bed with parent and 100% price of adult in case using an extra bed
– Child from 11 years old: counted as adult and will have an extra bed

• Cancellation initiated within 30 days oftravel will guarantee you a refund of 50% ofthe entiretour cost
  andhence only 50% will be charged for the termination of the trip.
• Cancellation initiated within 15 days of travel will guarantee you a refund of 25% of the entire amount paid and hence 75% will be charged for the termination of the trip. Cancellation initiated within 07 days of travel will, unfortunately, have no refund of the entireamount paidand hence the full payment will be charged for the termination of the trip.

• In DLX houseboat A/C will be operational from 9.00 pm to 6.00 am in the room only. House boat will be cruising in backwaters and canals from 12.30 pm to 5.30 pm only. Check in time is 12.00 noon and check out time is 9.00 am.
• Rooms will be mostly non a/c in hill stations like Coorg, Munnar, and Wayanad etc…
• Vehicle is as per the itinerary only & not at disposal. Means, it covers the given sightseeing only.
• Rates subject to total no. of passengers travelling together as per mentioned in each column.
• Only 01 extra bed/mattress is allowed per room.
