DAY 01 – Hanoi, visit the hidden heritage and cyclo to see The Old Quarter. 

• Our English-speaking guide will meet and welcome you at Noi Bai international airport. Transfer you to Hanoi downtown (45 minutes).
  We begin our day by visiting Uncle Ho at the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum and residential grounds learning about his great life. Next stop is the nearby Temple of Literature, the site of Vietna´s first University. Here we also have a chance to see a traditional music performance. We then take a cyclo trip around HoanKiem Lake and Hanoi´s fascinating Old Quarter. This is your chance to be in the midst of typical Hanoi an life and Vietnamese culture.

DAY 02 –Hanoi – Ninh Binh: Trang An – Bai Dinh Pagoda 

• After breakfast, our guide will meet you at your hotel and start 110km (2 hours) journey through verdant landscape of country side. Arrive Glimmering Bai Dinh pagoda complexes, the largest pagoda, not only in Vietnam but also in Southeast of Asia. Scenically set on the foot hill of Dinh Mountain surrounded by amazing views of the exquisite river valley below and dotted and the limestone karsts dotted around
  which will take your breath away.
• In the afternoon, leave for the Trang An Grottoes, an out-standing natural beauty of majestic limestone
  massif at 20 square kilometer rise dramatically out from rice paddy fields. Then come back to Ha Noi
  in the afternoon. Overnight in Hanoi.

DAY 03 – Hanoi – Ha Long, welcome on the boat (SIC). 

• Departure for Ha Long Bay is around 8:00 AM in a private car (about 4 hours) from your hotel. Arrive at the port around noon. Welcomed on board,
  you are taken to your cabin before the trip briefing. You enjoy a fresh and local seafood lunch while cruising to explore the magic Bai Tu Long Bay. Stop for a swim and visit the mysterious cave. Relax at our secluded island beach. Later you return back to the boat just in time to watch the beautiful sunset from the top deck before enjoying the bay’s freshest seafood dinner.

DAY 04 – Explore Bai Tu Long Bay – Hanoi – Da Nang

• Early risers can enjoy the sunrise and the quiet breath-taking beauty of Bay’s landscape with towering
  limestone. You have breakfast at around 8:00 AM before our short rowboat by the locals of the bay.
  Have brunch on the boat as we slowly cruise back to boat pier. Hit the road back to Ha Noi.

• Need a late flight
• Upon arrival Ha Noi center, our driver picks up and transfers to Hanoi airport for flight to Da Nang. On
  arrival, pick up and transfer to your hotel (20 minutes) for check in and have free time in the evening.
  Stay overnight in Danang.

DAY 05 – Ba Na hill – Golden Bridge full day 

• Have breakfast at your hotel. 8:00AM Transfer to Ba Na hills (35km from Danang center) and get on the Sunworld Cable Car which gains 5 world scores to Ba Na hills station. Stop at By Night
  station to visit Vong Nguyet hills, Linh Ung Pagoda, The Old Villas of French. Continue moving up by cable car to the Nui Chua Mountain – the top of Ba Na range, visiting Nghinh Phong
  top, Le Nim Villas, Orchid Garden… Experience hill climbing train (first and unique funicular in Vietnam), flower garden Le Jardin D’amour and Linh Ung Pagoda. Enjoy a walk across the famous Golden Bridge and admire the panoramic view over the area of mountain and lush trees. Have lunch by your own choices. After lunch, free for joining games in Fantasy Park – the third biggest indoor games zone in Vietnam with a series of interesting games: 4 – 5D film, skiver, the death race, dinosaur park… Around 5pm, return to your hotel.

DAY 06 – Da Nang – fly to Ho Chi Minh City, city highlights. 

• Have a breakfast at your hotel. Meeting our driver and transfer to the Da Nang airport for flight to Ho Chi Minh. Upon arrival Ho Chi Minh, meeting our driver and transfer to the city downtown (30 minutes) for the city must-not-miss sites including Notre Dame Cathedral, the historic Central Post Office, City Hall, Ben Thanh Market, Nguyen Hue walking boulevard. 
• Head to your hotel to check in and spend rest of the day at your own leisure.

• Overnight in Ho Chi Minh.

DAY 07 – HCMC – Mekong Delta

• 8.30 AM, you will be picked up and travel past miles of flat rice fields, along a bustling road to the
  Mekong Delta, the world’s largest delta and Vietnam’s largest rice bowl.
  On arrival in My Tho City, board a motorboat and navigate through intricate canals while observing the local daily life up close as well as the landscape of waterways and lush
  islands. Land on Thoi Son Island where you can listen to Southern traditional music performed by native artists. Next, you will change to a paddle boat to cruise through the narrow canals and visit households with traditional occupations of home-based coconut candy and rice-wine making. Continue travel by motorized boat to another island to visit a bee farm and taste tea with fresh honey from the beehives and enjoy fresh fruits. On the return to My Tho, stop to visit the Vinh Trang Pagoda, a prominent local Buddhist structure built in 1850 with a unique architectural mixture of Vietnamese, Roman, Chinese and Cambodian styles characterized by a highly ornate façade. At the end of the tour, you will find the way back to Ho Chi Minh. Overnight in Ho Chi Minh.

DAY 08 – HCMC departure

• Breakfast at hotel. Depending on your flight you may have some more time for shopping by your own.

Daily tour times: Please note that we will stick to the agreed time written above, any changes to the departure times or finishing times must be informed to us the day before departure and we will confirm if these changes are possible.

Your late departure: We suggest you to leave on time everyday so that it won’t affect to the sites to see and other activities afterward, if you leave later than the written time;
(1) you will certainly have a shorter visiting time.
(2) you will have to cut some of the sightseeing places.
(3) you may have to pay extra.

Your change of activities: Should you wish to change the site to visit or other activities, please inform us a day before. Please kindly note that changes can be yes or no, depending on lots of factors. And if yes, extra charges can be applied to changes (extra time, extra activities, different services), e.g tour guide and driver working more than the confirmed hours or we have to use different transfers or different routes.

Late arrival / flight delayed: If your flight is delayed or changed, please PHONE your travel consultant in charge of your booking (mobile phone) as soon as you have this news from the airlines so that we can adjust the pickup as well as other services accordingly.
If you inform us late and we can not change the services for you, you will have to pay for all the extra services such as the extra pick up.

Unused services: There is no refund or exchange that can be made for unused services not utilized by your tour member
or due to your late arrival without proper notice well in advance.

Check-in time of hotel is normally after 14:00 and check out time before 12:00 pm
Notes: Hotel/cruise can be changed to a similar standard, depending on the availability.

FOOD
If you have any allergies, special requests or if you are on a special diet please let us know well beforehand, we can not cancel / amend the booking within a day.

PRIVATE TRANSFERS:
The private transfer on tours for your own group and not shared with others, but is limited to predetermined routes and adhering to specified time slots as agreed upon in the itinerary. This means that although you will have a private transfer, you won’t have the freedom to deviate from the planned
routes or make unscheduled stops. Instead, you will need to follow the designated itinerary and adhere to the agreed-upon schedule, otherwise surcharge will be applied.

Airport transfer time:
Due to the traffic situation, we will need 2.5 hours for domestic flight and 3.5 hours for the
international one.

– If you cancel our contract any time to 30 days prior to your departure: No charge
– If you cancel our contract 30 to 16 days prior to your departure: you will have to pay 50% of total tour cost
– If you cancel our contract 15 to 0 (zero) days prior to your departure: you will have to pay 100% of total tour cost

FOR GIT GROUP

The date of cancellation will be the date we have your final notification.
– If you cancel our contract any time to 45 days prior to your departure: No charge
– If you cancel our contract 44 to 30 days prior to your departure: you will have to pay 50% of total tour cost
– If you cancel our contract 29 to 0 (zero) days prior to your departure: you will have to pay

CHILDREN POLICY 

– Child under 3 (sharing the same bed with parent): Free of charge
– Child from 3-5 years old: 50% price of adult in case sharing the same bed with parent and 75% price of adult in case using an extra bed
– Child from 6-10 years old: 75% price of adult in case sharing the same bed with parent and 100% price of adult in case using an extra bed
– Child from 11 years old: counted as adult and will have an extra bed

• Cancellation initiated within 30 days oftravel will guarantee you a refund of 50% ofthe entiretour cost
  andhence only 50% will be charged for the termination of the trip.
• Cancellation initiated within 15 days of travel will guarantee you a refund of 25% of the entire amount paid and hence 75% will be charged for the termination of the trip.
